Open a security account in a Securities Firm listed in the Exchange (example : etrading securities)
1. Submit a copy of valid ID card (double side)
2. Fill in the agreement form provided by the Securities Firm (sometimes need 2 - 4 stamp duty)
3. Transfer a sum of money as a deposit to the Brokerage’s account. The sum of the deposit vary from firm to firm. Some firms may require you to have a minimum of Rp 50 million as a deposit, and some other may be lower. (example in etrading securities you just need Rp 10 million as a deposit)
4. After your account has been approved, you are ready to make a deal!!! (in etrading securities you can trading via online using HOTS - Home Office Trading System.
